OBJECTIVES

To foster, promote, and encourage education among the younger generation in order to fit them more adequately for their future role in-society and set them up for success advancing through high school while assisting them with building a path to attend college.

The goals of our programs are to provide youth with educational opportunities. Rising Stars Sports Association is dedicated and devoted to offering educational / tutoring activities and building skills but, more importantly, we strive to serve as mentors and positive role models. Leading by example, all participants will set the highest standards for being a good role model while providing academic tutoring and sporting opportunities.

Rising Stars Sports Association is an organization that reaches out to children of all races and economic backgrounds, because we recognize every child in today's society needs support to reach his/her goals. Our goals include reaching all children, offering scholarships and sharing our philosophy of success with others who want more for their children.

MISSION STATEMENT

Rising Stars Sports Association was founded on the basis of, "The best way to predict the future is to create it." Rising Stars Sports Association strives to make a difference one child at a time, with the belief that working to improve the quality of life and education for our youth today will determine the quality of life and education of our tomorrow.

Our goal is to reach out and touch thousands of children. Our message and philosophy will prove to be a positive influence over time and be a deterrent to drugs, violence, promiscuity and other social ills, while focusing on providing youth a path to success through education and athletics.

Rising Stars Sports Association itself teaches sports skills, sportsmanship, the value of an education, self-discipline, responsibility, and hard work to youth. Its goal is to integrate each of its values so that the result yields a strong, confident, and self-respected individual prepared for the challenges that will come ahead. In addition to our own programs, Rising Stars Sports Association plans to work with various independent organizations and school districts to share our processes and “create our future.”

Our goal in providing scholarships, is to assist youth with extending their education beyond high school. Emphasis will be placed on the belief that a miracle exists within every one of us. Rising Stars Sports Association plans to build our future, spend quality time with our youth and provide them a place to build character. From this, we plan to have testimonials of participants who either have overcome poverty, physical , academic, and athletic disadvantages to go on to succeed in sports, college and in life. Our goal is to have each young adult become a partner in their own development.
